It’s so important to me to stay active so I can continue to have the energy to keep up with my little guy! He’s opened up my mind to getting creative with my work outs. I’ve had to really look at my surroundings wherever I am, and get a feel for what I can use to stay active in the environment I’m in. I don’t always like to be in a gym to stay active. Lately I’ve been stopping at a bench at the park, while Oaks runs around and I’ll do tricep dips, box jumps, and half V-ups. Then I will run around the park and chase Oaks around.
Moving and playing with Oaks and really living in the moment is very important to me, and also getting exercise in is important for me to be a great mom, and live in the moment with him! It’s hard to find the time to get a work out in with such busy toddlers, but why not get your work out in, running around with them? It’s a win-win for everyone! I love making working out fun, and Oaks love watching me work out.

My green protein shake:
1 cup water, 1 handful of greens (spinach and kale), 1 scoop plant-based protein, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp chia seed, & 5 ice cubes
Morning always! Getting it done first thing in the morning sets my day off on the right start, plus I have more energy throughout the day.
Work out every morning so I can stay healthy and strong for my family!
Feeling and looking my best, helps me be a better mom, wife and friend! Being healthy inspires me to stay fit too.
It would be my body guide I created — it’s called LOVE HIIT BODY GUIDE, and you can check it out here!
Over the last 7 years I’ve been through ups and downs of what healthy means to me. Trying to find that perfect balance through trial and error. From cutting calories to binging on foods, from crazy diets to crazy hours in the gym. I have finally found the perfect balance of enjoying life while staying healthy and creating a habit of always choosing to be healthy and happy. I have realized that I can eat healthy all while enjoying fries and hamburger every once in a while. Working out for 30 mins, instead of 2 hrs, and seeing results. My 7 Day Meal Plan & LOVE HIIT BG help me stay in shape and keep off extra weight.
I work out everyday, but I also make it fun! Like going for a run in the canyon and then doing some jump squats and lunges in between, working out with my husband or a friend. I make it fun, and it doesn’t always need to be so serious!
I love food so much. I enjoy all the healthy things, and the fried things. I love In-N-Out, sushi and pizza. I love rosé and red wine with a charcuterie tray by the fire with my husband. The key is finding that perfect balance. I have definitely created that in my fitness plans, so I can hopefully help out those who are trying to find it!
