Thanks to our amazing Denver community managers Megan Shoflick and Erin Luke, our new Denver tribe is already off to the races. With panels on topics like creating profit from passion and how to bring products to market, our Denver mamas have been busy with events that reflect the mission of the HEYMAMA community as a whole: to make mamas more successful.

Before we share what you can expect at our official Denver launch Friday November 9, meet the two mamas behind so much of the magic already happening in Denver.

Meet our Denver Community Managers!

What motivated you to become part of HEYMAMA?
When I learned about HEYMAMA I knew that I had to be part of this amazing network and grow it in Denver! I am committed to making that happening and growing our chapter with all the kick ass women in our community. I am excited to meet amazing women who are trying to not only improve their business, but themselves! So excited to be part of a supportive group that has like minded goals.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
To be gentle with yourself. It’s easy to be hard on yourself, especially when a goal isn’t met, or career milestone not reached. I’m looking forward to getting some really good advice from this group of women, especially career and business advice.

We can’t wait to celebrate the community these mamas have been working to build in just a few weeks at our Denver launch event. Meet the CMO: Chief Mom Officer will feature panelists Beverly Mitchell (Chief Mom Officer, actress on Seventh Heaven, and blogger at Growing up Hollywood), Eram Siddiqui (CEO of Hudson & Bleecker), and Hitha Palepu (author of “How to Pack: Travel Smart for Any Trip” and blogger at Hitha on the Go) in a conversation on the delicate balance between our roles as businesswomen and mothers—and the juggle to manage both.

During the panel, HEYMAMA Co-Founder Amri Kibbler will ask these influential mom bosses about how skills they picked up in their lives as moms benefit their work lives. How does life experience translate into being a better boss and leader? From there, we’ll delve into questions around developing thought leadership, managing businesses, and leading our teams.

Denver mamas, mark your calendars! Meet the CMO: Chief Mom Officer will be November 9 from 10 am to 12 pm. Find full details and RSVP here.
