I am the owner of boutique Pilates fusion studio, Speir Pilates, located in Santa Monica. As a former competitive dancer, I was put into Pilates and fell in love. I've worked for 12 years in fitness (with a quick jaunt to law school), and created the Speir Method, which fuses classical Pilates with modern cardio. I am a new mamma to a baby girl named Parker Belle (16 months old). My current challenge is figuring out how to balance a growing business that involves a major hustle with being the mom I want to be.

What special skill, talent or gift would you like to give back to the community?
Bringing my fitness knowledge to life on camera and in writing are two of my special loves and skills. I have extensive experience working on TV shows, digital fitness platforms and writing for magazines/blogs. I love spreading my love of wellness in as many ways as possible. Additionally, anything that can turn into a dance party is always a plus, but I definitely won't list my twerking as a special skill...
