I’m 38, and a single parent of a 17-year-old son. I have been a teacher for 15 years, but after becoming frustrated with the DOE, I decided to harness my creative energy into launching an Ayurvedic Wellness company. I am a certified Yoga teacher with advanced training, and have recently developed an Ayurvedic skin care line. My launch event is June 15th.

I have a lot of experience and connections, and I’m a really supportive community member in Self Soul Sport and Six Degrees Society.

Why do you want to be a part of heymama?
I like six degrees a lot, but sometimes I feel like I’m the only parent.
