I also give speak at conferences and on panels, as one of my greatest gifts is inspiring and moving people into action.

2018 for me isn't about achievement, it's about developing new ways of BEING both personally and professionally. Personally, I want to experience more intimacy in all of my relationships. While I feel quite close to my friends and family, I want to have more depth, which means being more vulnerable in my relationships. Professionally, I wanted to expand myself well outside of my comfort zone. I'm definitely doing that by creating my first all-woman leadership summit, that's like nothing that's ever been done.
Selling out Tidal Summit, which is happening in LA on 9.28 for women only - Executives, entrepreneurs and women who have experienced traditional success and are looking to refine their version of having it all - not what society thinks it should look like.
I've known about Hey Mama for a few years thanks to Courtney and a few other incredible Mama's I know. Three of my values I live by are experience, service, intimacy and spiritual connection. I seek out opportunities where I can engage these values, and given what I've heard about this incredible community it sounded like a wonderful fit. I'm excited to share my leadership, entrepreneur, communication and life skills with this community with intention of helping these ladies experience their version of having it all and living a legacy they love, now! I also believe that we can be a greater impact when we collectively come together, so I'm excited to be a part of this tribe.
