If you know us, you know we do things in the most fun and magical way possible. That’s why our first-ever experiential holiday market is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Snowflake City is popping up for one day only on December 2 from 11 AM – 5 PM in our own ‘hood, Williamsburg. Read on for a glimpse into what makes our holiday market different. Make sure to buy your tickets before they sell out!
First up: our holiday shops exclusively feature mama-owned brands. Why is that important? Because when we spend money with mama-owned brands, we help other mamas make money. In a recent article, HEYMAMA member and iFundWomen founder Karen Cahn put it beautifully: “The power of the purse is happening. Women are spending more intentionally on products and services made for women and by women. Why? Because we are now hyper-aware about how much money actually matters, and supporting the everyday products and services that we buy has a direct relationship to whose wealth gets built.” At our marketplace shops, you’ll find mama-run brands like Rebecca Minkoff, Cabbages & Kings, Michelle Waugh, Lauren Gabrielson, and more.
Once you’ve crossed a few gifts off your list, head over to the Winter Wonderland Pampering Lounge by Apto Skincare or to the indoor ski slope and take a run. Yes, you read that right: we’ll have indoors skiing for the mamas and dads. What can we say, we love a good Boomerang moment. To stay fueled through all of the fun, we’ll have food by Sakara Life, wine from Drink Ramona, and a hot cocoa bar courtesy of Masse.
What will your kids do while you’re partaking in all of the shopping, skiing, and general merriment? We’ve got that part covered. We’ll keep them entertained with interactive musical performances by Jam with Jamie. They can get some energy out on the Candy Cane Scooter Track by Micro Kickboard or get in touch with their creativity in Frosty’s Magical Playland & Craft Workshop. We’ll have babysitters on site to keep them entertained and stroller parking by our favorite new stroller brand, Colugo.
Okay, we know you want to come. Buy your tickets before they’re gone!
